Open Access Policy
IJoMS is a fully open access journal. Every article is available free of charge from the moment it is published. Readers, libraries, and institutions may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text without asking permission and without paying a fee.
Statement
IJoMS supports the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. In line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative, all content is made openly accessible immediately on publication, with no subscription, registration, or paywall of any kind.
What Readers May Do
- Read and download the full text of every article, without registering.
- Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Remix, transform, and build upon the material, including for commercial purposes.
- Deposit the published version in an institutional or subject repository.
The only condition is proper attribution: credit the authors, cite IJoMS as the place of first publication, provide a link to the licence, and indicate whether changes were made. The full terms are set out on the Copyright & License page.
Costs
Self-Archiving
Authors are encouraged to deposit and share their work at every stage: the submitted version (preprint), the accepted version (postprint), and the final published PDF. There is no embargo. Authors are asked to include the DOI and a citation to the IJoMS version of record.
Digital Preservation
Open access is only meaningful if the content stays available. IJoMS therefore participates in distributed archiving; the arrangements are described on the Archiving page.
