Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration, or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word format and follows the IJoMS manuscript template.
- The manuscript is written in English and follows the Author Guidelines.
- The abstract is 150 to 250 words and is followed by three to six keywords.
- Citations and references follow APA 7th edition, and a DOI is given wherever one exists.
- The similarity index is below 25%.
- Where available, URLs and DOIs for the references have been provided.
- All authors have approved the manuscript and agree to its submission.

Authors who publish in IJoMS agree to the following terms.
- The copyright of each article is retained by the author or authors.
- Authors grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence, which allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of its authorship and of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work, for example depositing it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book, with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online, for example in an institutional repository or on a personal website, before and during the submission process.
