Archiving

IJoMS is committed to keeping everything it publishes available for the long term. This page states exactly which preservation arrangements are in place today, and which are still being prepared, so that libraries and authors can judge for themselves.

In place now

LOCKSS
The journal publishes a LOCKSS manifest, so libraries running LOCKSS may harvest IJoMS and keep a permanent archive of it for preservation and restoration. The manifest is available at /IJoMS/gateway/lockss.
OAI-PMH
Full article metadata is exposed for harvesting at /IJoMS/oai, which lets repositories and indexing services keep their own records of what has been published.
Author self-archiving
Because articles are published under CC BY 4.0, authors may deposit the published version in an institutional or subject repository immediately, with no embargo. This is a genuine second copy of the record.
Institutional hosting
The journal runs on the Open Journal Systems installation of Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia.
ISI: keterangan cadangan (backup) internal UKRI - frekuensi backup basis data dan file, lokasi penyimpanan, dan penanggung jawab. Ini butir yang ditanyakan asesor.

Being prepared

The following are not yet in operation. They are listed here so that no claim on this site is stronger than the reality behind it.

PKP Preservation Network
The PKP PN preserves OJS journals in a dark archive maintained by participating institutions, free of charge. The plugin has not been installed yet.
CEK: pasang dan aktifkan plugin "PKP PN" di Settings -> Website -> Plugins, lalu pindahkan baris ini ke bagian atas setelah status deposit menjadi "completed".
CLOCKSS
CLOCKSS requires a separate membership agreement. IJoMS is not a participant at present.
DOI registration
Crossref DOIs give every article a permanent identifier that keeps resolving even if the journal moves. Registration is not active yet.
CEK: aktifkan DOI di Settings -> Distribution setelah keanggotaan Crossref siap, lalu pindahkan baris ini ke bagian atas.

If this site goes offline

Readers who cannot reach an article here should try, in order: the author's institutional repository, a LOCKSS-participating library, and the editorial office at the contact address. The editors keep the accepted version of every published article and will supply a copy on request.
