However, the company faces challenges related to raw material inventory imbalance, where stockouts occur in certain types such as </em>Aqua<em> and </em>BL Hijau<em>, while at the same time overstock is found in other types such as </em>BL Merah<em>. This condition potentially disrupts production continuity, causes warehouse congestion, and reduces the effectiveness of the inventory system. This study aims to analyze inventory control strategies by combining demand forecasting methods with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach. The data used consist of historical sales records for one year, focusing on six main raw material types, namely </em>Aqua<em>, </em>BL Biru<em>, </em>BL Hijau<em>, </em>BL Merah<em>, </em>BL BN<em>, and </em>BL PK<em>. The exponential smoothing method was employed to estimate future raw material needs, while Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) was applied to determine the optimal order quantity to maintain inventory stability. In Indonesia, the large volume of plastic waste creates opportunities for the recycling industry, including PT Peka Cipta Kembali, which processes Blowing (HDPE) and PP into plastic pellets. The challenges faced include fluctuating demand, limited machine capacity, and uncertainty in raw material supply. This study aims to optimize production planning using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method for demand forecasting and the Simplex simulation for production optimization. The data used include raw material purchases and sales in 2024, machine capacity of 4.000 kg/shift, and 15% raw material shrinkage. The forecasting results indicate an increase in demand in 2026 with an error rate of less than 10%. With a total production of 5.076.808 kg in 2026, the company has the potential to achieve a profit of IDR 19.519.982.746. Ciomas Adisatwa merupakan salah satu Supplier bahan baku di Geprek Jade Chicken. Geprek Jade Chicken adalah perusahaan F&amp;B (ayam geprek) yang sudah berdiri dari tahun 2019, dengan menu utama berbahan dasar ayam. Dalam melakukan kegiatan produksinya, sangat berkaitan dengan persediaan bahan baku yang merupakan komponen penting yang harus tersedia untuk kelancaran proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dalam rangka efisiensi dan juga untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan antara metode EOQ (<em>Economic Order Quantity</em>) dengan metode yang dilakukan Geprek Jade Chicken selama ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan mulai dari bulan Februari-Agusutus 2024. Dengan menggunakan metode EOQ hasilnya lebih efisien. Total biaya persediaan bahan baku dapat dibandingkan menurut metode EOQ dan metode perusahaan, juga timbul penghematan selama periode Februari-Agustus. Total biaya ayam menurut perusahaan sebesar Rp. 358.915,00, menurut EOQ Rp. 95.063,00, penghematan sebesar Rp. 263.852,00. Total biaya mie menurut perusahaan sebesar Rp. 134.632,- menurut EOQ sebesar Rp. 59.396,00, penghematan sebesar Rp. 75.235,00. Total biaya tepung menurut perusahaan Rp. 175.974,00, menurut EOQ sebesar Rp. 164.163,00, penghematan Rp. 111.810,00. Penghematan biaya persediaan total yang terjadi sebesar Rp. 450.897,00. Challenges include limited BPOM certification, minimal innovation, competition from imported products, and low public awareness. This research employs SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to formulate development strategies. The results indicate strengths in product diversity and collaboration, while weaknesses lie in the inability to meet BPOM standards and limited marketing. Local market opportunities have not been optimally exploited, while threats arise from foreign products. The formulated strategies include enhancing BPOM certification, strengthening branding, diversifying digital marketing, and optimizing Waserda as a community distribution center. However, the company faces challenges in the form of product returns from customers. This study aims to examine the quality control process of recycled plastic pellets at PT Peka Cipta Kembali, evaluate the application of p-control chart methods, and identify the factors causing quality variation. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that quality inspection at the company in on carried out during the production process and not yet on the final product. The application of the p-control chart method to clear PP plastik pellets found color inconsistency defects (0%, capable process), contamination defects (100%, incapable process), curled caut defects with 47 cases (8 points outside the UCL, incapable process), and bubble defects with 2.287 cases (3 points outside the UCl, incapable process). In addition, special patterns within control limits were observed, namely consecutive points on the same side of the center line in curled cut and bubble defects. Factors causing variation include worker inaccurancy, manually controlled cooling water temperature, contaminated raw materials, dirty screen mesh, humidity, and others. Untuk menyesuaikan dengan kondisi terkini, data permintaan, persedian, dan biaya transportasi diproyeksikan ke tahun 2025 menggunakan pendekatan metode regresi linear berdasarkan data inflasi Badan Pusat Statistika dan kenaikan harga bahan bakar. Hasil prediksi digunakan dalam formulasi model transportasi untuk menyusun solusi distribusi yang efisien. Metode Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM) digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi awal dan diuji optimalisasinya dengan Modified Distribution Method (MODI) guna memastikan bahwa solusi yang diperoleh bersifat optimal. optimasi biaya. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa solusi awal VAM menghasilkan biaya distribusi sebesar Rp 271.004.184, dan solusi awal VAM terbukti sudah optimal.
