Kota Lama Tangerang is a historic district with significant potential to be developed as a culture-based urban tourism destination; however, it faces challenges in the integration of its physical components. This study aims to identify the existing condition of the physical components of urban tourism and to analyze their level of suitability across three main corridors, namely Jalan Kisamaun, Jalan Bhakti, and Jalan Cilame. The research employed a descriptive-quantitative approach with an evaluative method based on the classification of primary, secondary, and additional elements in urban tourism theory. Assessment was conducted through ordinal scoring and weighting using the Weighted Product method to determine the suitability level of each corridor. The results indicate that Jalan Kisamaun achieved the highest suitability level (84.22%), classified as very high, due to the relatively strong integration of attractions, supporting facilities, and accessibility. Jalan Cilame falls within the high category (66.00%), while Jalan Bhakti is classified as moderate (57.78%) due to limitations in supporting accessibility. These findings highlight that the balance between attractions, facilities, and accessibility is a key factor in strengthening the area as a sustainable urban tourism destination.
