Abstract

Abstract: Sustainable city development considered as a way to create better environment for the society. Walkability needs to be encouraged to reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency. This paper highlights the walkability assessment in Titik Nol Kilometer Yogyakarta. The simulation using Urban Modelling Interface (UMI) evaluates that the walkscore is need to be increased.

Abstrak: Pengembangan kota berkelanjutan dinilai sebagai suatu langkah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang baik bagi masyarakat. Kemudahan dalam berjalan kaki perlu didorong untuk mengurangi emisi dan meningkatkan efisiensi energy. Pengukuran nilai walkability di Titik Nol Kilometer Yogyakarta sebagai langkah awal untuk mempelajari tingkat keberlanjutan pada kawasan tersebut. Metode simulasi menggunakan Urban Modelling Interface menampilkan bahwa nilai walkscore pada kawasan tersebut belum ideal.
